This project is run as a joint venture by the Colombo YMBA and the Vocational Training Authority (VTA) of Sri Lanka. YMBA owns the land and building and has provided motor car, motor cycle, several computers and training aids/instruments, whilst VTA bears the cost of maintenance and provide the instructions.
