A Brotherhood Across the Island

There are over 200 YMBAs established throughout the island. While varying in activity levels, the Colombo YMBA has taken the pioneering initiative to affiliate these scattered associations into a single, cohesive force.

This affiliation ensures that even smaller, remote associations can work jointly with the Colombo headquarters. By pooling resources and coordinating efforts, we conduct programs, workshops, and religious activities with much greater participation and impact than any single entity could achieve alone.

Affiliated YMBAs act as regional centers, helping us conduct Dhamma and Abhidhamma examinations efficiently in their respective areas.
