Mr. Mahendra Jayasekera
Hon. President
Mahendra Jayasekera is the Managing Director of Lanka Walltiles PLC, Lanka Tiles PLC, Lanka Ceramics PLC, Swisstek (Ceylon) PLC and Swisstek Aluminium Limited. He is the Chairman of Sri Lanka Cost and Management Accounting Standards Board.
He has an honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Buddhist Studies (Distinction Pass) and Master of Arts in Buddhist Studies from the Post Graduate Institute of Pali and Buddhist Studies, University of Kelaniya.
He has served as both executive and non-executive director of many other listed and unlisted Companies.

Mr. Sunil S. Sirisena is a retired Special Grade SLAS officer.
He has a BA (Hons) degree and MA Economics from the University of Peradeniya. Mr. Sirisena holds a Post graduate Diploma in Statistics (Kelaniya University), Post graduate Diploma for Development Administration (SLIDA) and Post graduate Diploma in Defense (University of Costal Guard Washington USA).
Mr. Sunil S. Sirisena has served as the Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Defense. He has also served as the Secretary at the Ministry of Education, Secretary at Ministry of Foreign Employment promotion & Welfare and Secretary at the Ministry of Trade. Mr. Sirisena has served as the Chairman at National Film Corporation, Chairman at National Savings Bank and the Director General at Telecommunication Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka.

Mr. D. Gamini Wimalasuriya

D. Gamini Wimalasuriya is a fellow member of the Institute of Certified Managements of Sri Lanka and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka with over 50 years exposure in the field of Finance and General Management. For the past 31 years he is attached to Akbar Brothers Group of Companies as the Head of Finance and Company Secretary.

Ranjan de Silva is a Senior Director with over three decades of business experience covering trading , marketing , financial and support services in manufacturing , trading and service organizations. He is currently serving as an Independent Management Consultant.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (London) 1985. He was previously employed as GM/ Director/Deputy Managing Director – Motor, Group Director at Associated Motorways (Pvt)Ltd responsible for all Automotive Brands of AMW including Sales & Marketing and After- Sales activities (1988-2014).
The other positions previously held by Mr. de Silva are, Chairman – Ceylon Motor Traders’ Association , the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (2006/7), Chairman – Imports Section , the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (2006/9), Chairman – Sri Lanka China Business Council , the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce ( 2011/12) and Trustee of Sir Cyril De Zoysa Trust (2012).

Dr. Padmasiri Ranawakaarachchi is a Management and HR Consultant and is the Managing Director of Management Consultancy and Labour Education Institute. He counts over 30 years of experience in management and is the former General Manager of Lanka Ceramic PLC.
He has a Master of Business Administration (Distinction Pass) from University of Ruhuna and obtained his PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) in Buddhist Studies from MCU Thailand.
He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a Fellow Member of Sri Lanka Institute Training and Development and its present President.
He is a Trustee of the Sri Lanka Eye Donation Society, Past President of Central Colleges Past Pupils’ Association and a Past District Governor of Lions Clubs International.

Dr. Tennakoon is a renowned institutional builder and an activist in corporate governance.
Since 2000 held the Executive Director/CEO mantle of three nationally important institutions: One-Text Initiative (OTI); Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL) & Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS). He is the Founder Chairman of Consortium of Consultants for Sustainable Development (CCSD).
He has contributed to policy making/inter-agency coordination both at national & international levels and have published papers both in Natural and Humanitarian Sciences disciplines.
Prior to joining the BCIS, he was attached to the Department of Physics of University of Peradeniya as a Senior Lecturer. Graduated in B.Sc. (Special) Science Degree in 1991 and completed his Ph.D. in Physics in 1998.

Mr. Wasaba Jayasekera is the Managing Director of both Hayleys Aventura (Pvt) Ltd. and Hayleys Consumer Products Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Science, from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
He also holds a diploma in Computer Systems & Design from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM). He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and an Ordinary Life Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing. Mr. Jayasekera counts extensive international and domestic experience in the areas of Marketing and Sales, Finance and Controlling, Business restructuring, Development and Planning and Information Technology & Systems. He also serves as an All-island Justice of Peace.

Yohann De Zoysa is the Director Passenger Vehicles of Associated Motorways Pvt. Ltd (AMW) in Sri Lanka. AMW is 100% owned by the Al Futtaim Group in Dubai. In this role, Yohann is responsible for the day-to-day Business operations. AMW has a rich 70-year history in Sri Lanka with a broad product portfolio which he is responsible for sale of brands such as Nissan, Renault, Suzuki and Yamaha.
Yohann is a crisis proven leader with over 22 years of experience growing and managing multiple international brands in a multinational company with a passion for coaching and developing strong committed teams leading to exceptional business results. Ajita de Zoysa is the Chairman of AEC Limited and all its group companies. He serves on the boards of numerous listed and non-listed organizations and has over 50 years of industry experience in the motor, manufacturing, hospitality, petroleum and petrochemical, construction, and financial services sectors.
He is the Chairman of Associated Electrical Corporation Ltd., AEC Properties (Private) Limited, and ADZ Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Limited. He is also a Director of Trelleborg Lanka (Pvt) Limited, Trelleborg Tyres Lanka (Pvt) Limited, and Royal Palm Beach Hotels PLC. Additionally, he serves as the President of Commercial Agencies (Ceylon) (Private) Limited and Ajita de Zoysa & Company (Pvt) Limited, and is the Chairman of SLT Campus (Pvt) Limited.
He has previously served as the Chairman of the AMW Group, Union Bank, National Asset Management Limited, and Sathosa Motors PLC.
Mr. de Zoysa’s philanthropic and leadership roles in numerous organizations in education, healthcare, the Kalutara Bodhi Trust, and the YMBA—among others—have contributed to the welfare and well-being of many thousands of people over the past five decades.
He was conferred the national honour “Deshamanya” by His Excellency the President of Sri Lanka in 2019.

Mr. Prasanna Goonetilleke was the President of the Colombo YMBA from 2003 to 2010 and the Chairman of the Board of Governors. He currently continues as a member of the Board of Governors. Mr. Goonetilleke joined the Colombo YMBA as a Life member in 1977 and was a memebr of the Board of Management from 1981.

A well-known figure in the Sri Lankan business community, Tilak de Zoysa, FCMI (UK) FPRI (SL), Honorary Consul for Croatia and Global Ambassador for HelpAge International was conferred the title of “Deshabandu” by His Excellency the President of Sri Lanka in recognition of his services to the Country and was the recipient of “The Order of the Rising Sun. Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon” conferred by His Majesty the Emperor of Japan. Recipient of the LMD lifetime achievers’ Award 2017.

Mr. Tilak de Zoysa was the past Chairman of the Supervisory Board (AMW) and Advisor to the Al-Futtaim Group of Companies in Sri Lanka, past Chairman of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka, HelpAge International (UK), Colombo YMBAand Board of Governors and served as a Member of the Monetary Board of Sri Lanka (2003-2009).
